The Application Designer is used to modify the layout of a user’s Start Center.

An option is to send a document folder as the attachment with the communication.

When the communication template is created with attachments, the attachments are compressed for storage in the database as a blob.

Communication templates can use substitution variables for the type of document to be sent so that an appropriate attachment is always selected.

When multiple documents are attached to a communication template, they are compressed for sending by the workflow at the time of submission.
